Passion fruit granules, 100g - use and properties
The passion fruit granules are suitable as an addition to couvertures for chocolate bars, bars or broken chocolate. The passion fruit granules are also suitable for praline and chocolate specialties or for seasoning various dishes. The granules are hygroscopic and heat sensitive.
After opening, the tin should be resealed as soon as possible, because the caramel granualt is very sensitive to moisture.

Passion fruit break chocolate making
570 g white couverture (couverture must be tempered)
30 g passion fruit granualt
Put all ingredients together in a bowl and mix with a rubber scraper. Attention: The couverture used should be tempered in the process!
Then everything can be spread on a prepared baking tray with baking paper and lightly tapped flat. Now the still liquid couverture should be put in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes (in winter it is often enough to put the baking tray outside for a short time).
Once the passion fruit break chocolate is solid, it can be broken into pieces and consumed or given as a gift.
