The soft sugar mass rolled fondant Massa Ticino Pitch Black is also colloquially called fondant, sugar paste, decorative fondant, icing or modeling clay. The sweet sugar product is used to decorate baked goods such as cakes, cupcakes and cake pops. Rolled fondant is used to cover cakes, fondant cupcakes, cake pops or cupcakes.

Possibilities

With roll fondant you can cover a fine buttercream cake. To do this, the mass is rolled out thinly and pulled over the cake. For a neat and regular coating is ideally a Fondant smoother used so that there are no air pockets. A fine ganache is also perfect as a base for a fondant cake.
