Ceramic baguette mold
With this ceramic bread pan you conjure up baguette as from the wood oven, which was baked but in the normal oven. What could be better than to serve with a fondue, his homemade bread or brunch? Your loved ones will be delighted by the crispy crust and the wonderful aroma.
Application and properties
Prepare the dough for your favorite bread and flour it well. Place the ceramic baking pan with the lid in the cold oven on a rack and heat the oven to 250 degrees. After the heating phase or about 45 minutes you can put the floured dough into the baking pan and bake it together with the lid. Thanks to the lid, the heat is evenly distributed in the pan, the dough can expand and the steam does not escape. After about 10 minutes you can set the temperature to 200 degrees. After another 30 minutes, remove the lid and finish baking the bread without the lid. This way the crust will be nice and crispy.
The ceramic baking pan has a length of 39.5 cm, is 23 cm wide and 10 cm high. The mold fits 3.7 liters or 3.3 kg of bread and has three wells for the baguettes. The mold is cold-resistant to -20 degrees and can withstand heat up to 270 degrees.
Cleaning
The mold can be conveniently put in the dishwasher. Thus, it is quickly ready for use again.
