Flowery carrot cupcakes

For 12 cupcakes you need the following
:50 g whole egg150g

granulated sugar100g


sunflower oil200g



crème fraîche320
g carrots, grated10





g Ginger pieces, candied
200 g white flour8
g baking powder125
g Buttercream mix powder
125 g water150
g butter soft

green food coloring

Here's how it works
:1. first preheat the oven to 160 °C convection oven, so that it has the right temperature when you want to bake the dough. 2.

2. first beat the eggs together with the granulated sugar in a bowl until fluffy.
3. now add the sunflower oil and the crème fraîche to the fluffy beaten mass and mix it in thoroughly.

4. after that you can also add the grated carrots and ginger to the mixture and gently fold in.
5. next you can mix the flour with the baking powder in a separate bowl, then add it to the mixture and mix until a homogeneous mass is formed.
Finally, divide the batter evenly into the muffin cups (about 85 g per cupcake) and place the cupcakes in a 160 °C oven for about 25 minutes. After that you can let them cool down and decorate them.
To make the buttercream for the grass, mix the buttercream powder with the water and let it stand at room temperature for an hour.
8. then beat the butter for about 5 minutes until fluffy.
9. then add the buttercream mixture in small portions to the butter and stir it in well.

10. now you can add the green food paste. Finally, beat the cream for about 10 minutes more and then put it in the refrigerator.
Fill the green buttercream into a piping bag with a grass nozzle and pipe the grass onto the cupcakes.
12. finally, sprinkle a few sugar decor flowers on top and your cupcake flower meadows are ready.
