Liquid fondant Pink, 300 g

To make a carac, as an eclair topping or for the coating of petit fours, carrot heads and mocha beans, this liquid fondant is ideal. The application of the liquid fondant is simple, the time required for preparation is low and the pleasant sweet taste is convincing.

Application and properties

To prepare, place the desired amount of soft fondant in a small pan and heat while stirring constantly. The ideal processing temperature for the soft fondant is about 35 °C. The hotter you heat the fondant, the faster it will set afterwards when you cover it.

If the fondant becomes too firm, you can add a little sugar syrup to taste.

If, for example, you want to cover petit fours with a thin and fast setting layer of fondant, the processing temperature is 60 °C.

You should pipe your treats while the fondant is still warm. To do this, pour the fondant into a piping bag and place the prepared treats on a wire rack. Now you can place the piping bag centrally over your treat. With a little pressure on the piping bag, the melted fondant will start to flow out to you and thus cover evenly.

If you don't like the fondant to shine too nicely, you can add a swirl of sugar syrup or some egg white when heating the liquid fondant.

Decorations should be applied immediately after glazing, while the glaze is still soft.
