Description

Digital precision scale 100 g

For fine patisserie, chocolates, ice cream and all kinds of pastries you need an accurate kitchen scale. With this digital kitchen scale you get the perfect helper for measuring very small weights. The scale shows the weight on the digital display to 0.01 grams, so you can weigh, for example, binders, baking powder or yeast.

Digital precision scale - Application

With this scale you can accurately follow all sorts of recipes and make delicious desserts, gluten-free bread and much more. It is very easy to use, once the batteries are installed you can place the scale on a straight surface and turn it on. Just place a very light bowl or some baking paper on the stainless steel weighing surface and press "TARE", the display will jump back to 0. Then add, for example, baking powder for a cake, yeast, locust bean gum for gluten-free bread or glace, or similar light ingredients on top. In between you can tare, so you don't have to laboriously add up but can directly read the weight of the newest ingredient. To change the display, press "MODE", the scale can display the weight in grams, ounces, grains or carats. Finally, turn off the scale, wipe it with a damp cloth as needed and put it aside.

The big advantage of this scale is of course the fineness of the measurement. If, for example, you need some pectin for a fruit jelly, baking powder for macarons or binding agents for ice cream or gluten-free bread, these are always very small quantities that cannot be measured with a normal kitchen scale. For one liter of ice cream, for example, you only need 4 g of locust bean gum. To get accurate results for as long as possible, you should not put too much weight on the scale. The lid protects the scale even when it is not in use.
