Application and properties

With the rolling pin you can roll out your pasta dough without using a pasta machine. Dust the dough and the stick with a little flour. The wooden rolling pin is made of untreated and sanded beech wood. The quality wood comes from trees in European forests. The length of the stick is 32 cm and has a diameter of 4.2 cm.

Cleaning

The rolling pin is cleaned after use with a cloth soaked in lemon juice. Please do not immerse in water, wash off and also do not put in the dishwasher!

Ravioli: Roll out and fill!

You want to make your own ravioli and you have already prepared the pasta dough and it is ready in the refrigerator to be processed? Then you need to do the following:


Take your pasta dough out of the fridge, cut it in half and put one half back in the fridge.
2. Dust your work surface with a little flour and roll out the dough lengthwise. Make sure that you do not roll it out wider than the pasta machine.

Now bring salted water to the boil in a large pan and
addyour freshly prepared ravioli.
13. In a separate pan you can melt some butter and add some fresh sage.

15. now you can strain the ravioli and put them into the pan with the melted butter and sage.
16. briefly toss in the pan and off you go to serve!
