Chocolate Banana Dessert in a Glass

 

Delicious chocolate-banana dessert in a jar

Do you still have a ripe banana, Philadelphia, some milk couverture and oat flakes at home? Perfect, because then you already have the main ingredients of our delicious glass dessert ready! This dessert is really super simple and quick to prepare and the perfect solution for a spontaneous visit or for people who are looking for something with little effort. Plus, the layered glasses look very appetising and taste great. So what are you waiting for? Off to the kitchen!

Preparation

Ingredients:

10 g cocoa nibs

10 g hazelnut brittle

110 g oat flakes

10 g cornflakes

10 g butter, liquid

50 g milk couverture

250 g Philadelphia

1 banana, ripe

Here's how:

  • For the base of the jar dessert, mix together the cocoa nibs , hazelnut brittle, oat flakes and cornflakes and add the melted butter. Mix everything thoroughly and fill the mixture into the five glasses, about 2 cm high.
  • Now start to melt the couverture slowly. You can do this over a bain-marie or in the microwave, for example.
  • Meanwhile, you can either mash the banana or mash it with a fork and mix it with half of the cream cheese to make the banana cream.
  • Now take the completely melted couverture and mix it with the second half of the cream cheese for the chocolate cream.
  • Then divide the chocolate cream evenly between the glasses and finally the banana cream.
  • As a topping, you can of course use a few banana slices, couverture or cocoa nibs.
  • The mixture is enough for 5 glasses and will keep for 3 days in the fridge.
  • Enjoy your meal!
