Tips for a Frozen cake

• Ice blue as a base: cover the cake with pale blue fondant or buttercream so that the toppers and figures really stand out.
• Snowflake sparkle: white sprinkles and sugar pearls around the edge of the cake look like fresh snow.
• Place the topper carefully: add the wafer paper shortly before the party and never directly on whipped cream, otherwise it softens.
