Princesses, knights & fairy tales

Our princess cookie cutters turn a birthday into a fairy-tale party: crowns, a tiara, a castle and a carriage for little princesses, a knight with a sword for brave heroes, plus a fairy and a mermaid. Some shapes come with a plunger or as a set with an embosser that presses the pattern straight into the dough. Order by 4 pm and your parcel leaves the same day by A-Post.

Which fairy-tale cookie cutters do we stock?

• Crowns: the crown in 6 x 4 cm and 9 x 6 cm, a stainless steel crown, the crown with plunger and the tiara/crown set.
• Princess and castle: the castle, the princess carriage and the 2-piece princess and carriage embosser and cutter set.
• Knight: the 2-piece knight and sword embosser and cutter set.
• Fairy and mermaid: the fairy, the mermaid with plunger, the mermaid tail as a set of 2 and the mermaid and shell embosser and cutter set.

Tips from our kitchen

• Emboss first, then cut: with the embosser sets, press the pattern into the rolled-out dough first, then cut out with the matching cutter.
• Work with flour: dust the embosser and the dough lightly with flour and the relief will release cleanly.
• Sparkle for crowns: crowns and tiaras look especially festive with gold or silver sugar decorations on royal icing.

A reliable dough for cut-out biscuits is our Mailänderli recipe.
