Choose a modeling paste that suits your color and roll it out to the desired thickness. We recommend a thickness of about 2mm for this product . When you have brought the mass to the desired thickness, you can use the cutter to place the lettering on the rolled out roll fondant and press it lightly. You have applied enough pressure once you feel the base through the cutter, then remove the excess fondant from the cutter and gently tap the mold on the your countertop and the lettering should fall out. If it doesn't, the rolled fondant was too sticky and then it's best to help it out slightly with your finger. With a little edible glue or water, the lettering can now be easily attached to the surface of the cake.
