Application info:
Place the desired amount of soft Fondant in a small saucepan. Heat the Fondant while stirring constantly. If the Fondant becomes too firm, you can add a little sugar Syrup to taste. The Fondant can be coloured with paste or liquid food colouring.
Use for: cream slices, Caracs, petit fours, carrot cake, chocolate marshmallow cookies, etc.

Place the desired amount of soft Fondant in a small saucepan. Heat the Fondant, stirring constantly. If the Fondant becomes too firm, you can add a little sugar Syrup as needed. The Fondant can be coloured with paste or liquid food colouring. The ideal processing temperature for the soft Fondant is approx. 35 °C. The hotter you make the Fondant, the faster it will set afterwards. Decorations should be applied immediately after icing, while the icing is still soft.
Suitable for: cream slices, Caracs, Petit Fours, carrot cake, chocolate marshmallow cakes, etc.
