Detailed patterns, text and lines or other details can be drawn on various dry, semi-hard or hard surfaces with an edible pen. Massa Ticino, marzipan or flower paste, for example, are suitable for this. The pens have a practical flexible brush tip for thick and thin lines, which dry very quickly. Application
Take a sugar or modeling paste (fondant, Massa Ticino, marzipan or flower paste) of your choice. Roll out the paste and cut out a shape. This could be a petal, a simple rectangle, a heart or the components for a bow, for example. Leave the shape to dry a little. Now you can let your imagination run wild and create patterns and lettering. Give the petal fine veins or embellish your heart with an "I love you". Write a small card for a loved one on the rectangle or create a "Happy Birthday" ribbon.
Of course, you can also model a shape and breathe a little life into it with the food pens. A button on the jacket, a small pair of eyes, a cute nose or whatever gives your figure the finishing touch.
