Tips from our kitchen

• Animal print: press the giraffe pattern into fondant with the silicone embosser, then bring it out with food colouring.
• Jungle leaves: green fondant and the jungle leaf embosser make leaves for the animal figures to hide between.
• Chocolate animals: the animals come out of the mould with a shine when you use tempered couverture.
