Silicone stencils & patterns

With our silicone stencils you can lay fine patterns on plates and cakes without drawing freehand. The silicone stencils come in sets of 2, measure 16 x 16 cm, and the motif itself is about 10 cm. You will also find lace, pearl and vine stencils for the side of a cake here.

Which silicone stencils and patterns do we offer?

• Graphic patterns: dots, lines, squares, honeycomb and Alambra.
• Leaves and flowers: leaves, foliage, flowers, buds and lotus flower.
• Playful: hearts and balloons.
• Cake stencils: pearl necklace, Draping Pearls, Alencon Lace Companion, fine flower vine, vintage flower vine and peacock feather in a set of 3.

How to get a clean pattern

• On the plate: place the silicone stencil in the middle of the plate, spread a mousse, fruit gel, vegetable purée or spread over it with an angled spatula and lift the stencil off carefully. This gives an elegant base for a starter, main course or dessert.
• On the cake: lay the stencils flat on fondant or a well-chilled surface and apply a thin layer of royal icing, melted chocolate, icing sugar or airbrush colour.
• Keep it neat: silicone is flexible and hardly slips, so little runs under the edges. Wash the stencil straight after use, before any residue dries.
