Accurate weighing and measuring of dry ingredients are well known and simple in the kitchen. With teaspoons, knife points and particularly precise scales, recipes are a success, but when it comes to measuring a few milliliters, this often becomes difficult. But with this set of measuring spoons, that's no problem either. While the smaller measuring cups start at 10 or 20 ml, you can also measure just 2 ml with the smallest spoon with a diameter of 20 mm. The measuring spoons allow you to measure 2, 3, 5 and 15 ml as well as various combinations of these.

The measuring spoons are suitable for particularly precise recipes and for small quantities of a particular recipe. For example, you can measure out flavorings very precisely and guarantee a consistent result. If you want to make your own edible glue, for example, you will normally only need very small quantities. However, you still need the right mixture to guarantee success.

You should also make your own Cake Lace precisely. To do this, place 42 g of Cake Lace powder in a small bowl. Now add 56 ml of water, using the 40 mm spoon three times, the 30 mm spoon twice and the 20 mm spoon three times. After about two minutes of mixing, add another 3 g of powder and stir for another 5 to 10 minutes. This guarantees the right consistency.

Liquid colors can also be mixed in this way and recreated again and again. To do this, measure the colors you are mixing together. Make a note of the additions until you reach the desired color. Now you can mix the color exactly the same the next time and achieve the same effects.
