Delicious recipe for sweet cakes

Here is a cake recipe that is well suited to this baking tin:
200 g butter
190 g sugar
1/2 tbsp vanilla sugar
180 g egg
200 g white flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
40 g whole milk
1 pinch of salt
Chocolate drops or berries

Cream the butter and sugar together, add the egg in batches. Then fold in the flour and baking powder. Finally, mix in the milk and salt using a hand mixer; the baking drops or berries can easily be folded in.
The batter is then poured into the greased tin or sprayed with baking spray and baked at 160 °C for around 2 ½ hours. Finally, test the cake with a skewer and leave to cool slightly in the tin. The finished cake can now be removed from the tin or turned out.
Sprinkled with a little powdered sugar, the cake is ready to serve. Of course, you can also cut it open and add a delicious cream between the layers. For a particularly elegant look, you can also pour tempered couverture, cake icing or a liquid chocolate ganache over the cake. If you want to make something really unusual, you can also use a mirror glaze in red. This way you are perfectly prepared for Valentine's Day.
A savory version is also suitable for this shape. A bacon cake in this shape can also be served for breakfast, an aperitif or as a snack between meals.
