To make a geometric croissant in cube form, you need a Danish pastry dough. Before you start working with the dough, grease the cube baking tins using a baking release spray. In the next step, roll out the Danish pastry dough into a rectangle on a well-floured work surface. Loosen the dough from time to time so that it does not stick to the work surface. Then cut the dough lengthwise into strips approx. 3.5 cm thick. Place these in your cube baking tin and leave the dough, covered with proofing film, to rise at room temperature for approx. 2 hours. After the rising time, heat the oven to 180 degrees fan and close the cube baking tins with the lid provided. Bake your pastries for 20-30 minutes until golden brown. After baking, the lids must be removed so that your cube croissants can cool down well before you process them further. In the meantime, think about what delicious cream you would like to use to finish off the delicacies. What you need to bear in mind when cleaning the baking pan

The baking dish is made of stainless steel. We therefore recommend that you wash your baking dish by hand so as not to damage the material or the non-stick coating of the dish. The pan should therefore not be cleaned in the dishwasher. All you need to clean the baking tin is a soft cloth and a little washing-up liquid. Under no circumstances should you remove stubborn dirt with scouring pads or scouring pads - these materials also damage the stainless steel and the non-stick coating of the mold. Instead, soak the baking pan in warm soapy water to soften the dirt, which can then be easily removed with a soft sponge after a while. You should then dry the baking tin thoroughly.
