Application and properties
Grease the baking tin with a little baking spray or butter and flour. Pour in the dough and place open side up on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake. The tin is 31 cm long and 5 cm high.
Cleaning
You can easily wash the baking tin by hand with a little mild washing-up liquid and warm water. Then simply leave it to dry or dry it with a cloth and it will be ready for your next cake. We do not recommend putting the baking dish in the dishwasher.
