From making a simple scrambled egg with a hand whisk to complex doughs where temperature and consistency are important, you can use this dough bowl for any creation. The high quality stainless steel allows you to clean it in the dishwasher. The polished stainless steel is rust-proof and looks like new even after countless uses. 

Standard scope

This package includes only the bowl. If you decide to buy a Nova dough mixer, the following is included: The dough machine includes the housing with high-quality 0.35 kW motor and drive, the 1.5 m long power cord. A mixing bowl with the volume of 5 liters, the splash guard made of sturdy plastic, and the high-quality dough hook. The timer can be set up to 45 min, and the setting is done via the display. The machine is 24 x 41.5 x 38.1 cm Large and weighs 18 kg. Softopen and Softclose is already firmly established in the industry, but the Nova stands out from other manufacturers with the robust display, which allows 9 recipes or 9 kneading processes can be stored and recalled. The timeless design rounds off the machine and thus leaves nothing to be desired.
