The specially developed whisk attachment ensures a uniform and airy mixture, ideal for results at the highest level.
Use and cleaning
The Alpha 2G is a sturdy and durable kneading machine of professional quality that nevertheless fits perfectly into the kitchen of hobby bakers and private households. With the separately available Whisk, you open up many more possibilities for your machine.
For assembly and insertion of the mixing attachment, please refer to the exact process described in the enclosed operating instructions.
Place your ingredients in the Mixing bowl. These can be, for example, butter and sugar for a cake, beaten egg whites or double cream. Tips and timing information can be found in the instructions included with the Whisk. Then close the machine and the splash guard and switch the machine on. If you wish, you can also set a timer. With the help of the instructions, you will find the perfect beating time for your dough or ingredients. Then press the timer button and set the desired number of minutes.
Beat the ingredients first on the first speed, then on the second, so the mixture doesn't splatter too much. Switch the machine off, fold up the splash guard and the machine head and remove the Whisk for cleaning. To remove the mixing attachment, hold it firmly and release the lock on the drive shaft in the dough hook socket by turning it. You can then pull the mixing attachment downwards out of the dough hook socket. Now you can pour the cake and sponge dough straight into a suitable tin, or continue processing the whipped cream and fillings. For cleaning, first remove the mixing attachment from the machine and disassemble the Whisk. To do this, loosen the locking screw and then pull the Whisk out of the drive unit. The Whisk can now be cleaned under running water with a little standard washing-up liquid. The drive unit should be wiped down with a damp cloth. Never submerge the mixing attachment in water. All components of the mixing attachment are not suitable for the dishwasher!
With the Whisk and the Dough mixer, you'll whip hundreds of fillings, egg whites, doughs for cakes and sponges, and much more over the years. As this is professional quality, both the machine and the accessories are somewhat more expensive, but they guarantee optimum performance and countless hours of enjoyment in your kitchen.
