Application
Place the template on a baking paper. Spread the dough mixture, which consists of flour, sugar, butter and egg white, on it with the help of an angled spatula or rubber scraper. It can be colored as desired with cocoa powder or food coloring. Bake in the oven for about 8 minutes at 230°C. The roulade base is then laid out on baking paper and the silicone base is carefully removed. Using a knife, the biscuit base embossed with the desired motifs can now be cut into strips and processed further. Remove the template and make the actual roulade or biscuit dough. The stencil is also suitable for airbrush application on fondant, marzipan or Massa Ticino.
