Cake ring triangle 20 cm x 5 cm
Become a professional pastry chef in your kitchen! The cake ring triangle 20 x 5 cm is perfect for baking your own sponge cake and making a variety of cakes. Unlike a springform pan, the cake ring distributes the heat better and also allows for a nicely baked base. Only in this way can the sponge cake be baked evenly and rise.

Cake ring triangle 20 cm x 5 cm
With the cake ring triangle 20 cm can be conjured up noble cakes and airy cookies. Perfect for use in the oven, refrigerator and also in the freezer. After baking or shaping the cake, the cake ring can be easily cleaned in the dishwasher. So you have baked a sponge cake in no time, piled up your cake and with one rinse your cake ring is ready for use again.
In a few steps to the perfect cake
Place the ring on a baking tray as straight as possible with a baking paper. If there is enough space, you can easily bake several cookies next to each other. Prepare a sponge dough and fill the ring. You should not use too much dough, because the sponge will rise during baking. Unlike a traditional springform pan, a cake ring has no bottom. This allows the heat to get to the dough better, resulting in an airy and evenly baked sponge. The best access for the heat is when you use a perforated tray.
Let the baked sponge cake cool down well. If you want to use it the next day, cover it with a second tray so that it does not lose its moisture. Use a knife to carefully remove the sponge from the ring. For a cake, cut it into slices. These will be especially even if you use a cake cutter or a cake saw.
You can now put a cake insert strip on the cake ring, which has been washed in the dishwasher or by hand. After baking the bases and making the fillings, you can start layering. Do not use the final pie plate for this. Instead, use thin cake layers. We recommend that you use a small cardboard base that is 1-2 cm smaller than your cake. To do this, you should place a slightly larger cake base under the small base. This will help you lift the cake and place it on the final cake plate. Put one of the sponge slices back in or make a delicious crunchy base. You can then place your favorite filling on top. Even thick ingredients, such as caramel or a cake jelly for fresh fruit can be used without any problems, since the cake ring prevents the filling from running out.
Place the finished cake with the ring in the refrigerator or freezer. Once it is set, the cake ring can be easily removed thanks to the insert strip and used for the next cake. Try it yourself and convince yourself of the excellent quality that this cake ring brings out!
