Digital thermometer, waterproof and foldable
The foldable thermometer is very space-saving and waterproof. Temperatures of liquid and pasty masses from -50 °C to 300 °C can be measured via the 11 cm long fold-out insertion probe. In the temperature range of there can be maximum deviations of +/- 1 °C, generally this is specified to an accuracy of 0.1 °C. Thus, this thermometer is suitable for liquid and viscous masses from the food and hobby sector.

Prepare all the ingredients for your creation. This can be, for example, an ice cream base, a vanilla cream or the liquid for a loaf of bread. Now unfold the piercing probe and switch on the thermometer. Hold the probe in the mass and make sure that about one to two centimeters of the probe are immersed in the mass.
Give the thermometer some time and then read the number on the display. If the mass is heated on the stove, for example, stir it a little at a time. This will prevent burning on the bottom and falsified measurement due to irregular heat distribution. The device can also be placed in a container with liquid couverture and used for tempering.
Finally, the piercing probe can be cleaned with running water and some dishwashing liquid. You can hold the whole thermometer briefly under the water to clean it, as this is even waterproof. After drying briefly, the probe can be folded back in and the thermometer can be put aside.
