Once you are happy with the thickness, you can use light pressure to cut out the shapes. Then press down the ejector once, this way you will imprint the center. Then press out the snowflake with the ejector.

The individual flakes can also be further decorated. Use an airbrush to create classy color gradients, brush the fondant with a little light blue powder for a frosty shine. You can also add a small dab of egg white icing to the center and stick a second, smaller snowflake or silver pearl on top.
