Tips for wedding biscuits
- Bake early, decorate late: shortbread-style biscuits can be baked a few days in advance and kept in a tin. Decorate them at the very end.
- White on white: the dress and the cake look especially elegant with white royal icing and a few sugar pearls.
- As a favour: pack two biscuits, for example a Love and a heart, in a little bag with the guest's name on it.
