Cotton candy belongs at every children's party, every funfair moment and every dessert buffet that is meant to bring a smile. We have over 20 cotton candy items: sugar in different colours and flavours, sticks, a starter set, ready-made cotton candy and a cotton candy machine.

Which cotton candy items do we stock?

• Sugar for cotton candy: in red (strawberry), blue (raspberry), pink (marshmallow), green (apple), yellow (vanilla or banana) and brown (cola), each in 160 g or 500 g packs. The flavours are naturally flavoured.
• Cotton candy set: 5 coloured sugars and 20 sticks to try.
• Cotton candy sticks: in packs of 20 or 50.
• Cotton candy machine: for making it at home or at a party.
• Ready-made cotton candy: in white, pink, blue and pink unicorn (30 to 35 g) if you would rather skip the machine.

Making cotton candy: tips from our bakery

Cotton candy is made by melting sugar in the machine and spinning it into fine threads. The sugar in our range is intended for this use: colour and flavour are already included, so you do not need to colour it yourself. Follow the machine's instructions for quantity and method. Wind the threads onto a stick, turning it evenly, and you get a fluffy cloud.

Cotton candy does not like moisture: it collapses quickly in humid air. Make it as close to serving as possible, or choose the ready-made version. For a party, plan one portion per guest. Several colours side by side look great on a buffet.
