Application and properties
First, pour a little of the glitter sugar into a shallow container with a low rim, such as a coffee saucer. Then it's very easy with a lemon wedge, which you run along the edge of the glass and then dip the glass upside down in the glitter sugar and turn. It also works very well with lemon juice, syrup, honey or agave syrup. The sugar is 100% edible.
