125g Buttercream mix
125 g water150
g butter, softVanilla paste

ProGel Food Color Pink
ProGel food coloring blue

For the dough
:1. preheat the oven to 160 °C convection oven2

. Place the egg whites, melted butter, lemon juice and zest in a bowl and mix with a hand mixer or food processor until homogeneous. 3.
Weigh the hazelnuts, granulated sugar, baking powder and white flour in a bowl and mix by hand. Add everything to the egg white mixture and combine just briefly.
Pour the mixture into prepared cupcake molds and bake in a cupcake baking tray for about 18 minutes.
After baking, let the cupcakes cool and then remove a piece with the apple corer and fill the resulting hole with sugar pearls in pink or blue. It is important to put the removed piece back into the filled hole as a lid.

For the topping:
1. prepare the buttercream according to the instructions on the buttercream mix package.

2. add a little vanilla paste for flavor.
3.Divide the buttercream into two bowls and color it with food coloring in pink and blue.
4. now place the two toppings each in a Piping bag filled and the tips are cut away. 5.
The two filled piping bags go into a larger piping bag with a chosen nozzle. For example a Star nozzle.
6. then decorate the cupcakes with the buttercream. The topping now has a two-tone effect.
7. now more pink and blue sugar pearls can be sprinkled on the finished cupcakes.

The Gender Reveal Party can finally get started!
