Dough scrapers & bowl scrapers
A good dough scraper belongs in every kitchen: it empties bowls completely, folds in mixtures and portions dough cleanly. We stock over 40 dough scrapers, rubber spatulas, bowl scrapers and metal scrapers in different sizes and colours.
Which scrapers do we offer?
The rubber spatulas come in black, light blue, blue, dark blue, pink and red, each in small, large or small and long. There are also flexible dough scrapers in white and ivory, some with a square edge, as well as the professional 2-piece set. For kids and fans there are Paw Patrol scrapers (19 cm).
For portioning dough and working on the bench there are the metal bench scraper (large and stiff), metal scrapers (14, 16 and 18 cm), the dough portioner (21 x 10.5 cm) and the miniSchoggi dough scraper (12 cm). To clear dough residue from the worktop, use the Teiger cleaning cloth. For chocolate decoration there are chocolate combs and the Wave decorating scraper as a 3-in-1 set.
Which scraper for which job?
- Small rubber spatulas for jars, small bowls and fillings you want to scrape out completely.
- Large scrapers for mixing bowls with cake or sponge batter. A flexible edge is gentler when folding in whisked egg whites.
- Metal scrapers for portioning dough, for yeast dough, bread and Zopf, and for scraping the worktop.
- Chocolate comb for striped patterns on chocolate surfaces and cake sides.
