This needle modeling tool is perfect for removing air bubbles from the fondant top. Also with fine dots, holes and patterns you can decorate the fondant and marzipan with it. The small, useful helper should not be missing in any cake bakery. This makes modeling even more fun!

Application and properties

If air bubbles appear on the fondant top, you can easily remove them. Prick with the needle at an angle and the air can escape. The modeling tool has a total length of 15.5 cm. The needle is 2.7 cm long. 

Cleaning

The tool should be washed by hand with a little soap before and after use and then dried well.
