Baking pan cake cup
The edible cake cups are the eye-catcher at every party. Bake a sponge cake and fill the cups with a delicious butter cream or a mousse. Or how about a salty version? For this you bake bread dough in the cups and fill the baked cup bread with a salmon or thon mousse. There are so many different variations. Be creative and try out your own creations.
Application and properties
The baking pan is first sprayed with baking release spray or coated with butter and a little flour. Then you can fill in your cake batter and bake it. After the cooling time you can let off steam. How about chocolate cake cups and a white chocolate mousse? To make it fruity, you can also fill fruit puree into the cups and decorate with whipped cream. For the savory versions you can fill bread dough with cream cheese, salmon or thon mousse. As another variant you can add some tomato sauce and sprinkle it with cheese, put it in the oven again for a short time and you have pizza cups... You see, let your imagination run wild and try out.
The baking pan is 35 cm long, 27 cm wide and 5.5 cm high. The finished cake cups have a diameter of 7 cm outside, 3.2 cm inside and a height of 5 cm.
There are instructions and great recipes for this baking pan.
Cleaning
For cleaning, you should not put the mold in the dishwasher. Wash the mold by hand with warm water and a little soap.
