Embossing and marking wheel
With the embossing and marking wheel you can emboss dotted, wavy and smooth lines on the fondant or marzipan. The multi-tool should not be missing in any cake bakery. The interchangeable wheels are supplied in the handle of the wheel. So you always have them with you and can easily replace them.
Application and properties
Emboss or mark the fondant with the multi-tool. Whether the lines should be dotted, wavy or smooth, the embosser creates everything.
The embossing wheel is made of food-safe plastic. The wavy and dotted wheel have a diameter of 2.2 cm. The smooth wheel is 2.5 cm in size. The total length of the embossing and marking wheel is 11.5 cm.
Cleaning
You can easily put the tool in the dishwasher and is thus quickly ready for use again.
