This decorating paste for making filigree cake lace, cake lace, decorating lace and borders in gold is ready-mixed and can be used immediately. What goes better with the soft sheen of lace decorating pastes than a golden coloring? Borders, flowers and leaves shine like real gold. This is how you create particularly elegant decorations, for example golden leaves stretching across a light buttercream cake or an elaborate vintage-style border on a pale pink fondant base.

Spread the spreadable decorating paste onto the desired border mat or silicone mat. Remove the excess Cake Lace Paste with a spatula and leave to dry overnight.

If you wish, you can also bake the paste on the decor mats in the oven at 75°C for 9-10 minutes.
The borders and lace decorations made in this way remain flexible so that you can still bend them easily the next day and wrap them around cakes.
