Baby & Christening

For christening and baby shower cake decorations you will find a gentle selection here: sugar decorations in pink and blue, cake toppers, cutters with baby motifs, napkins, balloons and garlands. The Baby & Christening category has over 130 items to put the table together step by step for the small celebration.

What is there for the cake and the table?

For the cake you can choose sugar decorations "Baby Blau" and "Baby Pink", "Boy or Girl", "Baby Girl" and a light blue bow with flowers. They go well with Super Streusel such as "It's a Girl", Pink Lady, Pastell Wölkchen or Liebe, and cake toppers such as "Hello Baby", "It's a Boy", "It's a Girl" or "One" in gold and silver. More toppers are in the baby cake toppers. For a christening you will find a wooden "Baptême" cube, a christening figure with a girl and a rabbit, and cutters with doves.

For biscuits and fondant there are cutters in the shape of a pram, baby bottle, baby shoe, dummy, babygro, teddy bear or rocking horse, some with ejector, as well as silicone embossers with baby clothes. A larger choice is in the baby cookie cutters. For the decoration around the cake: napkins, paper plates and cups, garlands, balloon bouquets in pink, blue and pastel, candles and the milestone blanket with wooden markers. More party items are in Baby shower and Balloons & pompoms.

Tips from our bakery

• Coordinate the colours: choose two, at most three colours and stay with pastels, and the table looks calm and harmonious.
• Cupcakes instead of one big cake: for a christening, cupcakes in light blue, pink or mint green cases are easy to portion. The chocolate cupcakes recipe makes a good base.
• Marshmallows: micro marshmallows and mini coloured marshmallows are a quick decoration for cupcakes and dessert cups.
