Plastic bowl 2.5 l
A plastic bowl is one of the simplest but also absolutely most important things in any kitchen. Besides everyday use in cooking, microwaving or making fillings, plastic bowls are also perfect for stock proofing doughs.

Plastic bowl 2.5 l
Every kitchen needs some basic equipment, and a simple bowl is a must. As a simple helper in the preparation of various ingredients, when mixing different masses, as well as for kneading and proofing doughs, the bowl is a real all-rounder.
Plastic bowl - use
Thanks to your material, plastic bowls can be used for almost everything. They can withstand heat as well as freezing cold, so you can easily put them in the freezer or pour a boiling hot caramel from the pan directly into the bowl. In addition, bread dough will not stick as much to a lightly oiled plastic wall. If you want to whip egg whites in the bowl, make sure it is safely grease-free.
In the plastic bowl you can mix and knead all the ingredients for your bread. Then lightly oil the clean bowl. The bread dough, formed into a large ball, is then placed in the bowl and covered with plastic wrap. Depending on the recipe, the dough is left to rise until it is ready to be formed into individual loaves or rolls.
The plastic bowl can also be used in the microwave, unlike metal or stainless steel bowls. This is particularly practical, for example, if you need to reheat a chocolate ganache slightly or you want to heat little writing chocolate or ganache. To do this, put the mass in the bowl in the microwave and set it to a low setting. Always take the mass out again after a few seconds and stir a little. This way, the heat is optimally distributed and the chocolate does not overheat.
