Description

Plastic pastry sheets 65 x 53 cm, 100 pieces of two blocks of 50 pieces each

As a passionate baker, you know how important the resting process is for the dough. For this reason, you rely on the use of baker's linen. The plastic dough cloths offer the perfect alternative to the baker's linen.

Since you create the optimal fermentation conditions for the dough by using a dough cloth is the key to a beautiful and uniform dough.

The application is uncomplicated. The 100 blanks of 57 x 77 cm each can be easily separated from the block. If you have several loaves, you can drape the plastic and place the dough pieces between the resulting folds. Make sure you cut off enough of the plastic so you can use the excess as a cover.

If you have only one loaf of dough, the only difference is that you do not drape the foil, but wrap the loaf with the dough cloth.

Before the dough is proofed, you should lightly dust the cloth with flour so that the dough piece is even easier to remove from the cloth afterwards. Piece proofing refers to the period of time that the dough spends in a formed state.

The plastic pastry cloths are particularly useful because you can reuse them and customize them to your needs. You can simply wipe them with a damp cloth and reuse the next time.
