Application and properties
Extracts have many advantages, due to their consistency they can be well distributed evenly in different masses. With their intense and genuine flavor, it takes only a few drops, so you can flavor, for example, a delicious buttercream for macarons or a whole cake batter.
To begin, prepare the desired mass. This can be, for example, a vanilla cream, a butter cream, a topping or sauce, a cake or cupcake batter, an ice cream mixture or even a chocolate ganache. Then add a few drops of the flavoring and mix it in well. Then taste a little and add a little more if you like.
