If you want to create different buttercream flowers with the same color or if different decorations are to be applied to a cake, different piping nozzles are often necessary. To prevent the waste of disposable piping bags as well as the tedious decanting of the mass, an adapter for piping nozzles can be used. The medium adapter is suitable for medium-sized nozzles with a diameter of 2.5 to 3 cm.

Take a piping bag, cut off the tip if necessary and put the adapter inner part inside. Depending on this, you may need to enlarge the hole again a bit so that the inner part sticks out the front but doesn't fall out right away. Then put the piping nozzle you want to use on the outside of the adapter and screw the nozzle tight with the attachment.

Turn the bag in over the adapter and press it in slightly, so that the mass you fill in does not run out again immediately. Fold the piping bag over a bit at the top and place it in a piping bag holder or a liter container. Now you can easily fill in your mass. Depending on the application, butter cream, whipped cream, chocolate cream, cream cheese masses or masses that are subsequently baked are suitable here.

The mass is now pushed down slightly, the bag is twisted in over the mass and you're ready to go. Use the nozzle to pipe dots, squiggles, flowers or sticks, depending on the mass and the nozzle; if necessary, the nozzle can be changed at any time. To do this, close the piping bag tightly, unscrew the attachment, change the nozzle and screw it back on - and you're ready to pipe the next decorations.
