Pizza tray perforated Ø 28 cm
You can only get a really crispy pizza base with the right pizza tray. The tray has a non-stick coating, so before baking a little oil or baking release spray is sufficient to easily release the finished pizza from the tray. Through the holes of the tray, the air gets perfectly to the bottom of the pizza base, so your pizza will be crispy. When the tray has cooled down after baking, you can clean it by hand with hot water and some non-corrosive detergent.

Application and cleaning
After you have prepared a delicious pizza dough, you can grease the tray with some baking release spray or butter. Roll out the dough, it should not be larger than 28 cm, put it on the tray and top your pizza with tomato sauce and your favorite ingredients. Bake the pizza until it is golden brown and crispy. Thanks to the holes in the tray, the bottom of the crust will be deliciously crispy. Take the finished pizza off the tray and slice it with a Pizza cutter on a plate or cutting board.
Cleaning
The pizza tray is not dishwasher safe. Wash the tray before first use and after each use with warm water and mild detergent. The tray must not come into contact with sharp or pointed objects!
