Buying fondant here means rolled fondant for covering cakes, pouring fondant for glazing, marzipan in many colours and everything you need to work with them. Over 100 items in stock, from 250 g packs to a 7 kg pack.

Which fondant do we stock?

Rolled fondant comes from Massa Ticino, FunCakes, PastKolor and Renshaw, in white and in many shades from pastel to Raven Black. The 5 x 100 g multipacks (for example pastel, pink, blue or Halloween shades) are handy for small cakes and figures. Ready-rolled fondant discs of 36 cm diameter save time on small cakes. For glazing there is white pouring fondant as well as liquid fondant in chocolate, mocha and pink. Flavoured fondant comes in choco and marshmallow.

Marzipan and flower paste

Marzipan is available natural, walnut and pistachio, and coloured in red, green, blue, yellow, pink, black and more, plus baking marzipan and almond baking paste. For delicate flowers, white flower paste firms up with CMC or Tylose powder.

Working with fondant: tips from the bakery

Knead the fondant well before rolling and roll it out on a silicone mat with a little baker's cornflour so it does not stick. Always keep the rest tightly wrapped, or a skin will form. Stick pieces together with edible glue (as a brush, tube or pen). How much you need for each cake is explained in our article How much fondant do you need for a cake?.

Frequently asked questions

Which fondant suits beginners?

Start with a light colour in the 250 g pack and a silicone mat. If you need more, move up to the 1 kg pack.

How do I colour fondant?

The easiest way is to buy it in the colour you want. To mix your own shades, see our rolled fondant range; to spray colour on, use an airbrush for cakes.
