Step by step
In a hurry? The compact recipe card further down sums it all up.
Preparation
1
Add the icing sugar to the cream cheese and mix everything well. Take 9 Oreos, separate the biscuits from the filling and add the cream to the cream cheese. Blend everything until smooth.

2
In a separate Bowl, whip the cream until stiff and gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture with a Scraper. Make sure to work from the bottom up so the cream stays airy.
Crush the remaining Oreos (without filling) very finely. The pieces need to be small so your Piping bag doesn't clog. Gently fold the biscuit pieces into the cream.

3
Chill the cream while you prepare the chocolate Enchanted Cream: mix the powder with water and milk and whip everything for about 3 minutes. Then let it rest briefly. Melt the Deco melts in the microwave (stirring every 20 seconds). Dip the rims of the waffle cups into the melted Cake icing, wait a moment and sprinkle them with Sprinkles. Let dry well.

What you need for this
4
Fill the Oreo cream into a Piping bag fitted with a plain Piping nozzle and fill the waffle cups. Now you can get creative: decorate some with “earth” made from crumbled Oreos (use the remaining 5 Oreos). Fill the others with chocolate Enchanted Cream and cover them with Oreos too, so a little bunny burrow forms. Decorate with carrots, bunny ears or sweet little paws. Keep refrigerated until serving. Perfect for your Easter brunch or Easter dinner – on your table they look like little sweet bunny landscapes.

To make sure they turn out perfectly
For extra crunch
Fold the crushed Oreo pieces into the cream only just before filling, so they stay nicely crisp and don't go soft from the moisture.
Prepare the waffle cups
Dip and decorate the rims of the waffle cups the day before. That way you'll save valuable time on the day of your Easter brunch and only need to fill them.
Great for kids
Let the children help decorate the bunny burrow – adorning it with carrots, bunny ears and sprinkles is especially great fun for the little ones!
